Do you need a property valuation?

We have a qualified team of valuers within the agency. We can provide official valuations for a variety of purposes and different types of property. As members of the college of expert valuers certified by the national Professional Body to which we belong, our valuers are fully insured and trained.

We can value a range of properties, including residential, agricultural and luxury. Valuations can be provided in French, English or both depending upon your requirements.

We can help you in the following situations::

• Sale: We can provide a market appraisal to help you decide whether or not to put your property on the market. Simple appraisals are often free should you subsequently list your property with the agency.
• Taxes: The tax office has requested a property valuation from you, particularly for the tax on property wealth (IFI)? We can provide you with a valuation appraising the current market value to very detailed assessments. Our fees will depend upon the nature of the property and the specific purpose of the valuation, for which we will provide a quote.
• Probate or estate planning: If you are involved in settling a probate, or preparing an inter vivos gift, our team can assist you with whatever is needed by the notary.
• Divorce and Wealth Management
